Take the German motorway A9 heading for Salzburg. Take the Inntal junction exit heading for Kufstein. Drive to Zell am See via Kitzbühel and Mittersill. Access Maria Alm via Saalfelden. The Hotel Thalerhof is on your left hand side 50 metres after the city limit of Maria Alm.
Route without obligatory toll sticker: take the German motorway A9 heading for Salzburg. Take the Inzell exit, continue to Maria Alm via Lofer and Saalfelden. The Hotel Thalerhof is on your left hand side 50 metres after the city limit of Maria Alm.
Arrival from Vienna
Take the A1 motorway from Vienna to Salzburg via Linz. Change to the A10 motorway heading for Bischofshofen. Take the Bischofshofen exit heading for St. Johann and Zell am see. Continue your journey towards Saalfelden. In Saalfelden turn left towards Maria Alm.
Arrival from Graz
Take the A9 motorway, take the exit 69/Selzthal. Continue on the B320 Ennstal freeway heading for Schladming/Liezen/Radstadt. Take the third exit B320/Gesäusestraße at the round about, heading for Salzburg/Schladming. Continue on the B99/E651 Katschberg freeway. Turn into the motorway A10 at the Salzburg/Eben junction. Exit at the junction Pongau. Take the B311 Pinzgau freeway heading for St. Johann/Zell am See. Then take the B159/B164 Hochkönig freeway towards Maria Alm.
Arrival by train
The nearest train station for ICE and express trains is Zell am See. Continue your journey to Maria Alm by taxi or bus.
